Zakynthos: Shipwreck & Blue Caves Max 10 guests

About This Experience
A capped-at-ten version of the island day, and the highest-rated tour listed on this site — 5.0 out of 5 across more than four hundred reviews, which is unusual at any volume.
The shape of the day is a minibus run north with a 35-minute stop at Xigia sulphur beach and 45 minutes at the Navagio clifftop viewpoint, then down to Porto Vromi Maries for a two-and-a-half-hour boat leg. On the water the boat covers the shipwreck from offshore, the west-coast caves including Maravelia, Sfogio and White Beach, and Poseidon's Face — which the itinerary lists as a guided stop rather than a drive-past. Lunch is at Kampi, on the cliffs.
The cap is the point. On a forty-passenger boat the skipper announces the formation over a loudspeaker and you find it or you don't; on a boat of ten the guide can physically point at the brow and the beard until everyone has it. That is worth more on this particular stop than on almost any other on the island.
Pickup is offered from around twenty-five points across the resorts, which makes this workable without a car. It is a long day — eight hours or more door to door.

What Travelers Say
Rated 5.0/5 by 417 verified GetYourGuide travelers.
5 stars isn’t enough for the experience. You can see that Costas is really involved in his tours, making everything perfect and also a very nice and friendly man. From the moment you book the tour, keeping you updated of the pickup and the weather conditions, up to selecting the best sea skipper making the boat tour the most of it. You receive everything that its important, like water, towels and the most importantly, the memories (also polaroid photos). I absolutely recommend this tour, 100%

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The tour was really incredible and definitely a highlight of our vacation! Our guide Leonidas was super funny, nice, and kept the mood good the whole time. There was also good music and a really relaxed atmosphere. Many thanks to Leonidas for the great day – we would do the tour again at any time and can absolutely recommend it!

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! Myrsini was absolutely incredible, our boat captain Andreas was so fun & kind, and everyone else we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. Costas was communicative from the time I booked the tour and made sure that everything was easy & clear! It’s a long 8hr tour with beach stops, time to swim, take tons of pics, & learn about the caves and shipwreck! The team goes above and beyond in every way imaginable and even gave us Polaroids and amazing drone footage!! I would come back to Zakynthos just to do this tour with them! Thank you for the BEST day ever!! <3 Kate from Texas

Frequently Asked Questions
How small is the group really?
Ten guests maximum, on both the minibus and the boat leg. That is the product's defining constraint and the reason it prices above the standard group tours.
How long is the actual boat trip?
About two and a half hours out of Porto Vromi Maries, within a day that runs eight to eight and a half hours in total including the road stops and lunch.
Is Poseidon's Face a guided stop?
Yes — the itinerary lists it as a photo stop, visit and guided tour, rather than a pass-by. On a boat this size the guide can show each person exactly where the profile resolves.
Where does the day include lunch?
At Kampi, on the west-coast cliffs, for about an hour. Check the inclusions for whether the meal itself is covered before you book.
Is this better value than the standard land and sea tour?
It costs more per person and covers similar ground. What you are buying is the group cap, the guide's attention and a less rushed boat leg — worth it if the experience matters more than the price, less so if you mainly want to see the coast.
